Champion Consulting Completes Acquisition of CougarWholeSale to Provide Windows Services and VPS Offerings

Seamless merger brings new plans, unified customer support to both customer bases.

OLD LYME, CT April 5, 2007 -- Champion Consulting, LLC a leading provider of end-to-end web hosting solutions, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of VPS and server provider Definition of Hosting Experts, also known as CougarWholeSale. The CougarWholeSale merger gives Champion Consulting the ability to offer new Windows hosting services, as well as Windows virtual private server (VPS), high end VPS and a VPS reseller program.

The merger was completed seamlessly with no action required on the part of CougarWholeSale customers. All CougarWholeSale clients can access their same client information, support and plans directly from http://www.championconsulting.com or http://www.couragewholesale.com. All CougarWholeSale online forums were merged with Champion Consulting forums and users. No servers were moved, removed or altered, and no CougarWholeSale customers had to change any billing or personal information as a result of the merger.

A decision to proceed with the merger was made after extensive discussions with CougarWholeSale customers ended in unanimous support for the acquisition.
